By downloading or using TaproGuide you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use TaproGuide on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old (16 where local law requires) to use TaproGuide.
Don't use TaproGuide to break the law, upload content you have no right to share, harass others, scrape or overload the service, or interfere with its security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your trips stay yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, sync and display that content back to you. You are responsible for what you put into a trip.
Place names, addresses and photographs come from Google and Wikimedia and can be wrong or out of date. Costs, travel times and journey details are what you enter yourself. TaproGuide is a planning aid — check anything critical (visas, tickets, closures, safety, opening hours) with the official source before you rely on it. Bookings you make with third parties are between you and them.
TaproGuide is free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no adverts. If that changes, these terms will be updated before any charge is ever made and you will be told in the app.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed transport, closed venues, or trip costs arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
